Seasonal Produce Boxes
A seasonal produce box is a weighed crate that follows the valley calendar. In spring it gathers spinach, radishes, baby greens, peas and green onions while the soil is still cool. Summer fills it with tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, peppers, beans and herbs picked in the early light. Autumn turns to winter squash, carrots, beets, potatoes and storage onions that hold in a cellar. Members choose a small or family size, a weekly or every-other-week rhythm, and one pickup point at the farm gate. We pack the box the morning of pickup, weigh it at the hopper, and write the lot date on the lid so you can trace every item back to the row. Boxes never include fruit or vegetables that are past their best, and we swap an item on request when the fields allow.
